Mr. Frank Jin, CEO

Mr. Jin returned to China in 2001 to establish GeneralSoft after having spent a decade in the US.  He has 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture and as a software consultant for several well-known multinational companies including Boeing, Siemens, AlliedSignal, Spacelabs, Stellar One, and CyberSafe.  In 1996, Mr. Jin established a software consulting firm, Golden Electronics Corporation, in Seattle, Washington to provide consulting services to Pacific Northwest companies.  He earned an excellent reputation among his clients for the quality of his solutions and coming in on budget.  Mr. Jin holds two master degrees.  He received an MSEE in 1985 from Xian Electronic University, specializing in Electronic and Telecommunications Systems.  In 1993, Mr. Jin earned his second master degree from a joint Biomedical Engineering program between the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, with a specialty in Medical Imaging Processing.
